In some areas of a warehouse it may be beneficial to have ceramic tiles as they will assist in keeping the area cool, whilst in other warehouses it may be beneficial to lay a resin floor, the type of which can be varied to the usage it will get. The floor that only has people walking on it, and maybe pallet trucks, will be suitable for light use, whereas if you are to drive forklifts on it when it will need to be much harder wearing.
Hospitals and medical laboratories
These will need to have flooring that can be kept scrupulously clean and that will as far as is possible be seamless, so that there can be no bacteria harboured in the joints. A resin floor will be the best for this as it will not even have any gaps between the floor and the skirting board, and will easily wash clean of any spills.
