Readymade companies
There are many preformed companies that can be bought and they will be operational immediately. The companies will have a general Memorandum and Articles of Association and these will basically allow you trade in anything that is profitable for the company.
The directors, shareholder and registered office will need to be changed and then the company will be yours to trade with. However do not forget to obtain a certificate stating that the company has not traded.
