With magnetic strips, for example, they can be seen with the naked eye but the data contained on the strip itself cannot be read using the naked eye. The third level of security is forensic. These forensic security measures are embedded within the card and cannot be easily replicated.
Printing your own membership cards using these secure blanks means that you can produce truly secure cards. For clubs and businesses such as gyms, this can be important and should be a consideration.
